What to do:

• Assessment of information security processes, IT security architecture, and analysis of vulnerabilities and risks;
• Assessment and analysis of the state of IT infrastructure and IS;
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating banking activities;
• Consulting business units on improving the IT environment and control procedures in business processes;
• Formation of methodology, plans and programs for IT audit;
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations and assessing the results of implementing corrective measures;
• Conducting interviews with bank employees and conducting effective communications;
• Drawing up and writing reports based on the results of the audit of the bank’s activities;
• Monitoring the latest trends in IT audit and international IT standards, and developing proposals for improving internal internal audit processes.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of IT or information security;
• General experience in internal audit and/or banking for at least 2 years;
• Having an ISO27001/CISA/CIA/CISSP/CGEIT/CRISC/CRMA certificate is a significant advantage;
• Knowledge of processes and international standards for conducting IT audits is an advantage;
• Knowledge of auditing techniques, procedures and international professional standards for internal auditing;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate level;
• Ability to go on business trips.
