• Control and verification of credit projects when submitted to the Credit Committee;
• Training in qualitative financial analysis of employees, monitoring of issued loans;
• Analyzing the results of the department and taking measures to improve performance;
• Formation of teamwork within the department.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education experience in the field of lending from 5 years;
• Knowledge of the current banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulations of the NBKR;
• Knowledge of banking and financial terminology, methods of financial analysis, methods of assessing and implementing loan collateral, restructuring problem loans;
• Skills in attracting partner clients.
