You must contact the nearest point serving a particular money transfer system, provide an identification document, name of the recipient, country and destination city of the money transfer.
Choose the nearest service point, inform the operator on which system the transfer is made, present an identification document and give the control number of the transfer (CNT)
To make changes to the transfer (if it has not yet been issued to the recipient), the sender must apply with an identification document to the point of the Bank where the transfer was made.
You can revoke the transfer by contacting the Bank's branch where the transfer was made. You should have an identification document with you and an application for sending money.
