Lending program "GREEN – ECO HOUSE" – a loan/installment plan provided by the bank for the gasification, insulation and improvement of the heating system of commercial and noncommercial real estate, issued both through the bank’s partners and in cash.
The GREEN - ECO HOUSE" loan is available for commercial and non-commercial needs:
1. Gasification of private houses and commercial real estate;
2. Installation of energy efficient boilers;
3. Improvement of the heating system;
4. Home insulation.
This type of green loan is designed for individual entrepreneurs, individuals, legal entities, and pensioners.
Loan amounts range from KGS 10 000 to KGS 8 000 000
Interest rate: 20 -27 %
Effective % rate: from 24.29%
