Dos-Credobank reserves the right to establish individual exchange rates for Bank customers. An individual rate can be set only with the personal presence of the client at any office of the bank. The Bank does not guarantee the provision of a more favorable individual currency exchange rate than that established by the order of the Bank at any time. A more favorable individual currency exchange rate than that established by the order for the bank can be provided to the client at the discretion of the Treasury, depending on the situation in the foreign exchange market at the time the client contacted.
