Changes in the Executive Board of Doscredobank OJSC

Doscredobank OJSC informs about important changes in the Executive Board. Cholpon Moldalievna Eshberdieva leaves her position of the Chairman of the Management Board, which she held since 2021.

Cholpon Moldalievna joined the bank in 2014 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Over the years, she has demonstrated a high level of competence and strategic vision, which allowed her to take on leadership of the bank in 2021.

Under her leadership, the bank achieved significant success, becoming the first green bank in Kyrgyzstan, issuing green bonds, winning international awards and significantly expanding its network. Cholpon Moldalievna made a tremendous contribution to the development of the bank, strengthening of its market position and introduction of innovative financial solutions.

Talantbek Esengulovich Omuraliev, who has more than 20 years of practical experience in banking and financial sphere, was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank. His professional portfolio includes launching and implementation of innovative projects within the framework of the special regulatory regime of the NBKR, introduction of the national standard of QR codes, IT-hackathons of startup projects, Elsom (electronic wallet) system, I-bank (internet banking), payment cards, insurance company, interbank processing center, electronic document management and remote identification system. He was also awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan for his contribution to the development of the banking sector.
