Dear clients,

We warn you about new types of fraud! Fraudsters, posing as bank or other financial institution employees, deceive people into taking actions with their cards or electronic wallets. They then fraudulently arrange online loans and withdraw funds to other people's bank accounts/cards/electronic wallets.

We ask you NOT TO CONDUCT any banking operations in response to such requests, and not to provide personal information upon the request of third parties or make transfers or other transactions on your cards/electronic wallets at their request.

To avoid falling victim to fraudsters, it’s important to remember the following:

• DO NOT share passwords, codes, keywords, bank card details, passwords for your personal online banking accounts or banking apps with ANYONE.
• Do not trust SMS messages. Please do not install unfamiliar programs on your phone or computer.
• Do not transfer money if someone claiming to be a bank employee asks you to transfer funds to a “special account.”
• If you have doubts during a phone conversation, manually dial the bank’s number: you can find it on the back of your card or on the bank’s website.
• If you have somehow provided information to fraudsters, immediately call the bank at the official number 8686 (calls from mobile are free) and consult for your own safety.
